Shaping the Future of Commercial Law

A guiding framework for building a strong, united, progressive and influential commercial legal community.

OUR FOUNDATION

From Institutional Foundation to Meaningful Action

The Association was formally registered in December 2025. Consequently, the initial period following its registration was primarily devoted to establishing a strong institutional foundation, enrolling members, formulating governance mechanisms, and creating the necessary administrative framework for its effective functioning.

While these foundational activities limited the Association's ability to immediately undertake substantive initiatives towards its objectives, they have provided a robust platform for future growth and meaningful engagement.

The Committee is pleased to note that, during this period, significant momentum has been created through active member participation, stakeholder engagement, and the development of a shared vision for the future.

The coming years will focus on translating this momentum into tangible action, with the objective of developing the Association into a respected and influential body representing the interests of the commercial legal community.
